The new procedure utilizes the MSC ELIAS system. All webmasters for MSC web sites must have an approved ELIAS account. If you do not already have one, you may request an account from your advisor by completing the online account request (click the "Request an ELIAS account" link).When you have an approved account, your advisor can add the appropriate webmaster privilege to it.
