FLSA - Fair Labor Standards Act

The Fair Labor Standards Act is a Federal statute that establishes minimum wage, overtime pay, child labor, equal pay, and record keeping requirements.

FMLA - Family & Medical Leave Act

The Family & Medical Leave Act requires large employers to grant up to 12 weeks of FMLA leave each 12 month period with a job guarantee to faculty and staff due to birth, adoption, foster car placement; an employee's serious illness; or the serious illness of an immediate family member.

Classified Personnel Pay Plan

Includes personnel information relative to Job Titles, Schedule of Salary Rates (Nonexempt Employees Paid Bi-Weekly), Schedule of Salary Rates (For Exempt Employees Paid Monthly), and Classifications and Salary Rates
